When you enroll for vision coverage, you will not receive a separate Vision ID card. Instead, advise your in-network provider that you have UnitedHealthcare Vision coverage. Your provider can verify your coverage with your name and Social Security number. If you do not use an in-network provider, you will be responsible for filing a claim for the allowed
out-of-network reimbursements.
