How the Plan Works
Children’s provides you with Basic AD&D Insurance so you can protect yourself and your family financially in case you are involved in an accident that results in your dismemberment or death. You may also choose to purchase Supplemental AD&D Insurance for yourself. See the chart below for specifics.
