Step 2 It Challenge

The Step 2 It Walking Challenge for 2011 is now complete. This challenge helped employees, friends and family get off the couch to get more effective, low-impact physical activity. With the encouragement of our teams, we set goals, increased our activity and saw the beneficial results such as less stress, less pain, less weight and more energy!
